Overview Welcome to PixiesRule.org! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PixiesRule.org and the purchase of our digital machine embroidery designs. We are Kitty Kitty Designs LLC, doing business as Pixies Rule ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or purchasing any digital files, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (18 in most U.S. states). By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Digital Products & Delivery All products sold on PixiesRule.org are digital downloads (machine embroidery design files in formats such as PES, DST, EXP, JEF, etc.). No physical items are shipped. Files are available for immediate download after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to download and safely store your files immediately upon purchase. Pixies Rule does not provide long-term file storage or re-download guarantees. We are not responsible for files that are lost after delivery. Files are tested for integrity prior to listing. If you believe a file is corrupted, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a description of the issue.

Orders & Payments Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable taxes. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We use Shopify's secure checkout.

Refunds All sales of digital downloads are final. Please see our separate Refund Policy for full details (technical issues within 30 days may qualify for replacement or store credit at our discretion).

License & Intellectual Property All designs on PixiesRule.org are copyrighted and remain the exclusive property of Kitty Kitty Designs LLC / Pixies Rule. When you purchase a design, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the file for personal embroidery only.

You MAY:

  • Stitch the design on physical items for personal use or small-scale handmade sales (up to 50 items per design unless you purchase a separate commercial license). Items must be physically stitched by you and sold individually as handmade goods. Bulk or wholesale production requires a commercial license.

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, share, distribute, or give away the digital file in any format
  • Modify the design and claim it as your own
  • Use the design in other digital products or for mass production without a commercial license
  • Upload the file to any third-party site, cloud service, or sharing platform

Any unauthorized use will be considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access or download files you have not purchased
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices in the files
  • Use the designs for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate others on the site

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties All digital files are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee compatibility with every embroidery machine or software version. Please check the product description for required formats before purchasing.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixies Rule and Kitty Kitty Designs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or files.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Faulkner County, Arkansas.
