Delivery & Access Policy - Pixies Rule (pixiesrule.org)

At Pixies Rule, all products are digital machine embroidery design files created by artist Teriann Shrum of Kitty Kitty Designs LLC. There is no physical shipping involved. This Delivery & Access Policy fully replaces and covers our former Shipping Policy for every purchase.
1. Fully Automated Instant Delivery
Your embroidery designs are delivered automatically and immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Pixies Rule within seconds to a few minutes.
- The email contains direct, secure download links for your purchased files.
- No waiting, no manual processing, and no shipping fees ever apply.
2. How to Access Your Downloads
You have two easy ways to access your files anytime:
Option A – Email Delivery
- Check your inbox (and spam/junk/promotions folders) for the email titled something like “Your Pixies Rule Order is Ready” or “Download Your Embroidery Designs.”
- Click the provided links to download the files instantly.
Option B – Your Account Dashboard (Recommended for re-downloads)
- Log into your account at pixiesrule.org.
- Go to Order History or Downloads.
- All your files remain available for re-download at any time (no expiration on account-based access).
Note: You must create or use an account at checkout to enable permanent re-download access.
3. File Formats & Product Details
Each design is provided in the most common machine embroidery formats (PES, JEF, VP3, DST, EXP, and others as applicable). You will receive the exact hoop size(s) and format(s) you selected during checkout.
Please verify that your embroidery machine and software support the chosen format before purchasing.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery: Instant (within seconds to 5 minutes).
- Occasional delays: Up to 60 minutes during peak traffic or payment verification.
If you have not received your email or files within 1 hour, please contact us immediately via the support form on the site.
5. Technical Requirements
To successfully download and use your designs you will need:
- A computer, tablet, or phone with a stable internet connection.
- An embroidery machine or compatible embroidery software.
- Basic ability to transfer files to your machine (USB drive, direct import, etc.).
We recommend backing up your downloaded files immediately after purchase.
6. What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
- Email not received → Check spam/junk folders first, then contact support.
- Download link expires or fails → Use your account dashboard for fresh links.
- File compatibility issue → We are happy to assist with format questions before or after purchase (within our licensing terms).
Important: Per our Terms & Conditions, digital files are non-refundable once downloaded. However, we stand behind our products and will work with you to resolve any legitimate delivery or access issues.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Delivery & Access Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the effective date shown above. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
