Refund Policy

All products sold on PixiesRule.org are digital downloads (machine embroidery design files in various formats such as PES, DST, EXP, etc.). No physical goods are shipped.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital files, all sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions If you experience a technical issue with the file itself (e.g., corrupted file, missing formats, or the file does not open properly), please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement file or store credit.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind after downloading the file
  • Incompatibility with your embroidery machine, software, or hoop size (please verify compatibility and required formats on the product page before purchasing)
  • Issues caused by user error during download, unzipping, or transfer to your machine

How to Request Support If you need help, please email us at teriann@pixiesrule.org with your order number and a clear description of the issue (screenshots are helpful). Our team will respond as quickly as possible.
